Rock 30 is Underway at SRU Campus Recreation

Last semester, SRU Campus Recreation launched a new initiative called "Rock 30", in which students are encouraged to get at least 30 minutes of physical activity each day to promote their overall health and wellness. The program had a slow start, but has been gaining traction and will likely continue to do so as the semesters go on.
